Greg has a rare quality ... the ability to work productively on a 100% independent basis. I had the honour of having Greg work for me on a complex study - and due to a variety of reasons, Greg had to be 2500 km away from the office for the study period. He was able to adjust his schedule to my time zone (the time zone of the project team), participate via phone link in meetings, and meet every deadline ... on a proactive basis. We arranged to speak twice daily via phone, and these phone calls were basically the only supervision I gave him. It was all he needed - he completed his assignment in an exceptional manner - meeting budget and schedule, and producing a quality study that made our client very happy. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again soon.
