As an Account Manager in the Sales Division, I was primarily responsible for supporting customers with placing precise orders of piping, tubing, and custom shapes and dimensions. Also assisted customers with reading PDF and Solid Works files for laser fabrication quotes. Responsible for communicating with customers via email and phone, to handle all questions and requests in order to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
