As a Regional PM of ISDT, I managed two long-term projects, one oriented to standarize Product Line processes in LAM and the other one, to the development of a platform for the planning of operations of manufacturing plants (simil MS Project) integrated with Oracle JDE. At the same time, I had other technical, financial and general responsibilities which are listed below:- Generals: Client´s requirements gathering, preparation of outreach documents, estimate time of tasks and planning sheets (MS Project). Lead kickoff meetings, follow-up meetings and preparation of follow-up reports (weekly and monthly).- Financials: Prepare the P&L of different segments and projects for the Regional Product Line Manager in a monthly basis; Evaluate the financial results vs those of the Budget and / or Forecast and inform deviations to the RPLM; Provide financial support in the preparation of proposals (Tenders) to the Product Line of each country; Follow up the financial results of each project.- Technicals: Preparation and standardization of processes, work instructions, fill in forms, operational guidelines; Provide support in the preparation of technical proposals; Incident management (Analyze open incidents, lead investigations, make the analysis root, ensure the closure of all the ítems in time and form); definition of competences of PL personnel, career plans, among others; Provide support during external audits; Carry out internal audits.

ISDT - ABC and Brasil Project Manager

As a PM for the Product Line in ABC and Brazil I managed three long-term projects; the first one oriented to the standardization of operational processes of the Machine Shops of Brazil and Argentina; the second one related to the optimization of operations of the Machine Shops; The last one was the development of an external SharePoint for the presentation of a service called SmartDMS (the service is provided in Argentina and Brazil). As Project Manager / Project Engineer of the Petroleum Consulting line, I mainly worked in a project in order to optimize drilling and well completion drilling operations called Technical Limit. It was developed in the province of Neuquén and I worked with a team of more than 20 people composed of engineers, field operative personnel, financial profiles, logistics, among others. My main responsibilities in this project were oriented to the planning and monitoring of operations using the MS Project. The preparation of a system of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, end of operations) to be used by the whole team and the client (YPF). Trainings in the use of MS - Project. Risk analysis. I had provided support in the research of technologies or working methods which aim were reduce time. Analysis of logistics capabilities. Etc. At the same time, I worked in the development of other projects such as: Abandonment of wells, integrated projects, SharePoint to share documentation with the client and receive service requests.
