  Advanced brand hotel project through Design Development phase to Construction Documents, using REVIT software. Achieved a seamless transition of drawing file by converting Auto CAD drawing to REVIT while keeping drawings fully coordinated with the engineer’s drawings. Successfully meeting the owners and Brand Hotel representatives’ expectations by securing a building permit, in which the project had to meet difficult local building codes requirements while not compromising the hotel prototypes specification and design criteria. Disciplined approach to construction administrative tasks by quickly responding to and resolving on site construction issues, without delaying construction time, and incurring any cost to the architectural firm and owner.

Managed the production of a certificate of need package for the approval of a proposed hospital project in Magee, Mississippi. Collaborated in the coordination and production of architectural drawings. Assisted in site visits and expedited the response to the contractors request for information in the construction administrative phase of project. Individually conceptualized and developed design of a focal display wall for a cancer treatment center in Fresno, California.
