I've had the pleasure of working with Greg for the past four years at LEM. While we lead distinct areas, our firm is small and we collaborate frequently on different projects and Greg has always been a supporter of our Investor Relations initiatives. In the past year and a half, I've had the pleasure of having Greg join our team for capital raising efforts and have always been impressed with his ability to connect with people, speak confidently and knowledgeably about our portfolio, and see opportunities for continued growth and expansion of relationships. In the past few weeks, we have entered uncharted territory with the COVID-19 pandemic; as head of our asset management team, Greg has shown every attribute of a true leader managing communications, leading initiatives, facilitating what I imagine have been difficult conversations and through it all has remained poised and collected. Kudos to you.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg for a number of years, and I have rarely witnessed a young professional so quickly grasp, and then excel in, so many of the skills necessary to become a successful individual in the commercial r.e. industry. Affable, accountable, collaborative, quantitatively-strong, and with an interpersonal demeanor that engenders trust and durable relationship construction that places client needs above all others. Greg is an emerging leader in his field, and should continue his upward trajectory for many years to come.
