I had the pleasure of working with Greg for over 7 years at Smartgroup. As a Client Relationship Manager, he was responsible for all of our clients in the ACT. Greg quickly became a key member of our company and team through the relationships he developed with internal and external stakeholders. His ability to communicate and engage with people is his biggest strength. Greg managed several Federal Government clients and was a significant influence on the number of contract renewals. He is very organised and diligent with his approach to work, coupled with his outgoing personality makes him the perfect individual to manage the key decision-makers. I would recommend Greg for any position which involves client interaction and engagement and I’m positive that he will prove to be a great asset to any company that requires a relationship manager. Greg is a positive and friendly person so working with him was a great experience for me.

I've worked with Greg whilst employed at Smartgroup. I would have to say Greg is exemplary of what a true Relationship Manager should be. He holds such respect for his customers and always ensures he has their best interest in mind whilst at the same time keep his professionalism and striving for mutual benefit for the client and Smartgroup. Greg is the proverbial bridge between two parties and was a honour to work alongside.

The role required a high degree of independence, initiative and drive. Combined with sound project management and excellent client relationship management skills, I have demonstrated this ability by consistently achieving outstanding sales outcomes.•My primary role at BUPA was establishing business relationships with key stakeholders within organisations to confirm BUPA as their preferred provider of Corporate Private Health Insurance. This role included a high level of contract negotiation and retention across a variety of clients with the primary focus on Federal Government.
