Gregor has an uncanny ability to find the path that optimizes the value for customers, users, and the company. At Proteus, I witnessed Gregor have the insight that we lacked a clear view of the entire value delivery chain. This insight led to Gregor leading the effort to create a User Journey Map, and a framework for analyzing and improving the delivery of our service to the Health Care system customers, pharmacy partners, and ultimately to the patients. The Service Delivery and Design Framework directly influenced some of the most critical strategic product decisions we made because it unearthed the many small friction points we needed to eliminate in order for us to really increase the adoption of our product. Using this framework it became evident that we needed a dedicated Product Manager in charge of continuously assessing and delivering improvements to our service delivery. Besides the many design and architecture improvements that Gregor contributed, I found Gregor a pleasure to work with because I was always learning and challenged to think beyond the obvious. Now as a Product Manager when I have a tough decision to make, I often ask myself, "What would Gregor do?"
