Greg is a consummate Commercial real estate professional, who de-mystifies terms like cap rates, dscr ratio, net income, scheduled gross income, offering memorandum, etc. Greg will help you buy or sell Investment real estate 24/7/365 because he lives and breathes this stuff. When I first met Greg, I thought this guy is very congenial, warm, cogent, laid back personality. But behind that charming boyish exterior hides a razor sharp go-getter who'll find you the best properties available for you and make your dreams come true.
