Led a nine person team across multiple geographical areas. Primary objective of this role, is the day to day management of all facets of the Environmental, Health, and Safety processes and procedures for a large corporation. This included TapRooT Root Cause Analysis for incidents. Interacting with governmental agencies is also a large part of this role. I am tasked with overseeing the creation, management and execution of training, learning and development programs including, but not limited to; CBT, WBT, and Instructor led, with a focus on Environmental, and Safety disciplines. Design, develop, and maintain databases for tracking and reporting of: Incidents, Employee Training, Compliance Audits/Behavioral Observations, Permitting/Environmental tasks, and SEMS Compliance.
