Greg has immense potential and I consider him one of my favorite employees. He was always courteous with customers, very methodical and patient. He was very easy to work with and always found to be an excellent listener. Would love to work with him again.

Thoroughly inspect a clients basement, foundation, or walkway and advise them of where all of the damage is, how it got there, and how we can fix the problem for the client. I was able to breakdown complex products and solutions into layman's terms so that anyone could understand what the problem was and how I was going to solve that problem for them. I would go to the clients home or place of business and spend approximately 1-2 hours inspecting and explaining everything to the client. Spreading the ISS brand across Worcester county in a way that the company has not done before. The primary focus is creating new clients for the company and maintaining those relationships. B2B Client negotiations on design and print products needed and delivering in a timely manner. Working with the client from start to finish to accomplish a routine refill of their flyer or designing and producing examples of their brand new menu. Responsible for all retail store activities, such as employee training, inventory, customer resolution, hiring and firing, and all other day to day activities. Lead my team effectively to become sales machines that were able to capitalize on every opportunity while keeping customer satisfaction at a consistent high. Trained my team to become area experts on all devices. This lead to the team being rewarded with free devices from manufacturers, increasing their ability to walk a customer through the buying process to their perfect device, and being the go to destination to get a device or plan problem resolved.

In charge of all back end retail store work, inventory control, cleanliness of store front, bank deposits, etc. Extra responsibilities would include keeping sales and management team updated on current sales accomplishments and what was needed to reach the monthly goal. Would step in as a sales rep or part of management when the store was extra busy or a customer was dissatisfied with their device or plan. Primary goal was to manage the inventory team to quickly unload incoming trucks and to bring inventory to the floor to be stocked. Project Management role was to build, clean, move sections of an entire store that was actively being remodeled. I handled the second shift team and we would often be ahead of schedule and helping get a head start for 3rd shift. Handled every day retail banking operations with the assistance of my Teller Manager. Trained bankers and sellers from my branch and other branches in the region to become more effective sales people by finding opportunities in every client, increasing the client's stickiness to Citizens Bank. Was in charge of home financing at my branch and responsibilities included training, goal tracking, and sales projection for the regional manager. Responsibilities I actually started at a Staples store in Sturbridge, MA as my first real job. I learned the ropes quickly and was put in charge of extra task, including training new associates and any other special task management gave to me. These task would go above and beyond the department I was specifically hired to do. I was then promoted to a Fraud Representative at Staples Corporate were I stopped or allowed orders, that were placed online. I was then promoted to Business Account Manager. I would work with the traveling sales rep and customers in placing orders for generic and customer office supply products. Accomplishments When I worked at Staples as a Fraud Representative I was able to increase productivity by 10-15% by developing a more streamlined way to track and maintain potential fraud order placed on Staples.Com. Staples had purchased a company called Chiswick and I helped Staples with the transition by incorporating Staples corporate mentality into the old Chiswick building. I was also able to create a more effective way of placing custom order for customer. They had a very out dated system for inputting customer orders I was able to develop a more stream lined system that is still in place today that was able to turn a multi-page report and 30 minutes of wasted time to no pages printed and done within 5 minutes.
