Oversaw modeling activities of 14+ engineers and 3+ analysts to ensure consistency in methodology and reporting and to resolve any data variances. Prepared and certified geology section of SEC filing's 10K and 10Q, leveraging 3D modeling Carlson software to accurately estimate reserves. Managed a staff of 4, reported to the Director of Engineering.

Reviewed, interpreted, and translated all land-related contracts and properties to determine royalty payments for nearly 2,000 landowners. Managed a staff of 2 including an Engineering Analyst and administrative support. Oversaw the summer intern program, including hiring, training, and mentoring college students.

Progressed through numerous field and office geology roles with increasing leadership responsibility and hands-on exposure to selecting drill sites, mine planning, and oversight of exploration drilling projects.
