While I was busy with my own startup at the time, the opportunity to meet and work with Seth Godin was too irresistible for this wanna-be marketer. Looking back, it was a great experience filled with talented people.

I developed a talk show format that I took on the road. Gathering groups of strangers together over drinks, I had them interview each other on a constantly expanding selection of topics. It was a wild success. In the 6 months I dedicated to the project, I recorded more than 250 unique conversations spanning more than 100 topics in over 11 cities. International submissions were also made. Since then, I've developed a web-based system that automates the processing and publishing of this data. Recently, I've been developing custom talk shows that are embedded within conferences and events. We're always open to new opportunities and sponsors. Make contact! Show less

From some field research I conducted, I discovered that that the primary concerns revolved around security. I took this information and designed a 2 part system: a physical keytag that can be easily distributed on postcard racks, at promotional events, or even by individuals. I coupled this with an online application that brought the individuals together in a safe, secure environment. The result was what we call a SparkCard. Show less

Almost by accident, I stumbled upon a segment of the market that was totally unaddressed - the metrics of response. In the next 6 months, we formalized our process, developed our methodology, and put the system to the paces. For the next several years we were the only the most reliable, but the most successful online mystery shopping firm in the market. In that position, we found ourselves selling data to companies like Honda America, Nissan America, Ford Motor Company, and Accenture. In the end, we garnered the interest and support of JD Power and Associates and quickly became their preferred vendor for their series of online mystery shopping studies marketed across the industry.
