More recent transactions include: 1) Development of $80 million real estate project in Montreal. Analyzed and reviewed the business plan then negotiated primary, secondary, and mezzanine financing. Provided on-going reporting to German shareholders. 2) Successfully negotiated a two year Forbearance Agreement for a company where the lender had demanded the $3 million credit line. Now assisting current shareholders with the restructuring of the operations along with seeking new shareholder investment. 3) Represented a group of investors who were interested in purchasing a business for $20 million that was in receivership.
