Provided on-going reporting to German shareholders. 2) Successfully negotiated a two year Forbearance Agreement for a company where the lender had demanded the $3 million credit line. Now assisting current shareholders with the restructuring of the operations along with seeking new shareholder investment. 3) Represented a group of investors who were interested in purchasing a business for $20 million that was in receivership.
