      Joyously grateful to be part of the world's largest humanitarian organisation for over 23 years. I developed incredibly strong professional and social relationships In that time, and the day's highlight was often being the meet-and-greet person for our students as they arrived each morning for training. I was responsible for the tracking, receipt, processing and filing of all courses in First Aid and Mental Health run in South Australia and Western Australia; and for the issuance of all invoices to corporate customers relating to these programs, all subject to a variety of requirements that differ from one corporate client to the next and subject to strict but very fair daily and weekly KPI's set down by Management. All of this had to be achieved under the auspices and approval of AVETMISS which made everything more of a challenge but all the more sweeter for the amazing accomplishments we achieved individually and as an incredible national course processing team. Training Services, the department, and the people that made it run, will never be forgotten. Show less
