As an instructor, I collaborated with colleagues to develop standardized curricula and materials for the mandatory English language courses at SeoulTech. For the Practical English Conversation (PEC) program, our goal was to create a curriculum and relevant materials targeted to our students' levels and needs as well as to transition away from a textbook-based curriculum. For one year of this process, I acted as PEC2 Coordinator, which involved familiarizing teachers with the curriculum and guiding course development.
