The role encompassed managing calls and webchats involving a client group experiencing emotional distress, as well as complex issues associated with general depression and anxiety. Characteristics of the client group included issues such as recent and past trauma, affected by or at risk of family and domestic violence, substantial consequences from current alcohol and other drug abuse, problems related inadequately managed mental health conditions or be disengaged from appropriate health and treatment services.
