A few notable projects included: - Redlynch Connection Road Widening/Duplication & Intersection works. - Clark Street Subdivision, Thursday Island ($15M). 10 lot subdivision for TSRA proved challenging placement of architecturally designed split level housing on steep terrain. - Cooktown Waterfront Activity Precinct, Webber Esplanade Cooktown (currently being constructed). The development will greatly benefit the community and includes a road upgrade, architecturally designed amenities block, marina, tidal lagoon, fishing platforms, landscaped BBQ areas and water play area.
