      Greg Sanchez, SIOR, has been president of Tri Properties since 1994 and effectively provides strategic vision and direction. He is one of a few professionals accomplished in every discipline of the commercial real estate industry. Greg was recognized for his lifetime real estate achievements in the Triangle community and has received the Triangle Business Journal’s “Pillar Award”, TCREW “Impact Award” and TCAR “Realtor of the Year”. Greg has overseen and been instrumental in all areas of commercial real estate in the RTP/I-40 submarket. He has developed over 5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space including the Imperial Center business park, “Top Development Project” for 1995, 2000 and 2007. Within Imperial Center, he is responsible for the development of the award-winning 252,000 square foot Quintiles Plaza, one of the landmark buildings in the Triangle region. Additionally, Greg is the visionary behind the REDY “Top Development Project” Town Hall Commons for 2003. Greg is a former triathlete and masters swimmer who competed in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and actively supports his alma mater by endowing swimming scholarships through the Ram’s Club. Greg and the company pride themselves on philanthropy and have donated over $300,000 over the past 5 years to a number of local, regional and national charitable organizations. Show less
