  Work along side homeowners to design projects ranging from interior alterations of bathrooms to large two story rear additions. Take drawings from concept all the way through to working drawings for building permits and ultimately construction. Maintain a professional relationship with local building officials to ease the process of pulling building permits. Work with field staff as unforeseen issues arise during the construction process. Communicate between vendors and suppliers for ordering materials and getting quotes for windows and doors. Calculate general building material take offs for projects.
