Worked as part of the Data Management team focusing on important Data maintenance across all Heartwood systems.Main responsibilities were to:• Maintain and update client and stock data on all Heartwood systems • Set up new client accounts• Set up new stocks• Maintain and update prices and yields for manually priced stocks• Create and maintain other static data held on Heartwood Systems• Process ISA subscriptions requestsApril 2018-January 2019 - Worked as part of the Client Transfers team.Main responsibilities were to: • Control and update Heartwood systems, to reflect new client acquisitions, and to reflect transfers out for closed or deceased clients• Process payments regarding transfers in for new clients and out for closed or deceased accounts.• Process stock giftings and transfers for active clients.• Provide cover for Data Management when required - using skills previously learnt.January 2019-January 2021 -Worked in the Settlement & Transfers team.Whilst maintaining certain responsibilities from my previous role, I developed my skills and knowledge of trade settlement, giving me new and further responsibilities.Completed CISI Investment Operations Certificate IOC in April 2019 - Passed Unit 1: Introduction to Securities & Investment, Unit 2: UK Financial Regulations and Unit 3: Global Securities Operations.
