I had the pleasure of working with Greg for three years while at the Archdiocese of Baltimore. During this time, I learned best practices in fundraising and major gift strategy through watching him work. As a mentor, he shared his business acumen to help me comfortably and successfully navigate working in an industry with which I was previously unfamiliar. Among his many responsibilities included overseeing a team of capital campaign consultants and managing a number of differing personalities all while providing constructive criticism and imparting his wisdom and experience on new employees. His years of experience in major gift and leadership gift fundraising enabled him to skillfully and tactfully address any challenging scenarios with creative solutions. He has built great rapport with major donors, volunteers, leadership, coworkers and anyone else that has worked closely with him. Greg has been a great colleague, mentor and friend and I am grateful for my time working with him and for his continued support, advice and counsel ever since.

During my time at the Archdiocese of Baltimore, I had the pleasure of working for Greg both as a Parish Campaign Director and then as a Regional Development Director for over three years. As a young person just starting out in the fundraising and development field, Greg's mentoring and leadership provided me with the skill set necessary to excel. Greg is a both a gifted manager and fundraiser. His ability to cultivate and maximize fundraising goals, all while maintaining both his and the organization's integrity is something that I look up to. Any organization would be extremely lucky to have Greg a part of their team.
