I manage and plan the company ATP, yearly training requirements, flight scheduling, and aviator track mentorship. Work extensively with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Government systems. Performed duties as an Instructor Pilot for Flight School XXI at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Taught new aviators in the AH64D Longbow track. Training included systems, weather, regulations, tactics, decision making, safety, weapon employment, weight and balance, and emergency procedures. Successfully mentored 8 students that are currently serving at various duty stations around the world. Was the first National Guard IP to teach the AH64 course.
