  Tim Keenan and Greg Kerr founded Rainstorm Dust Control in Vancouver Canada in 1983. In 1990 Greg moved to Australia and established the Australian branch of the company. Rainstorm has offices on both coasts of Australia and specializes in laying the dust on unsealed roads, stockpiles and minesites with many customers in both Local Government and the Mining Industry.
