I worked with Greg for about 8 months. When I started at CSI, the owner told me Greg is a "shining star", so I had high expectations of Greg. He has exceeded all expectations I had. He is very bright and a tireless worker who does whatever it takes to get the job done. He took it upon himself to learn SQL and is learning PHP, all via self-study. Much of his day is spent providing direction and help to other team members then he puts in extra hours to get his work done. Greg's communication skills are among the best I have ever seen. The functional specifications he creates are well written, understandable and thorough. He has learned the municipal domain at an expert level and has become a subject matter expert/product manager for the software product CSI produces. I have no doubt in my mind that Greg can learn and function at a high level in any industry and any company.
