Overview: The Manager of Grants Administration provides coordination and direction, with guidance from the Vice President for Advancement, overseeing all aspects of HOPE Ministries of Baton Rouge’ grants program in alignment with HOPE’s overall mission and goals and will coordinate grant proposal writing, deadlines, notifications and reporting.Responsibilities:1. Primary responsibility to oversee the administration of all aspects of the grants process for the agency including, but not limited to: maintaining the grants calendar ensuring that deadlines for grant submissions and reporting are met; ensuring that agency programs maintain and update data used for grant reporting; writing and/or overseeing the grant writing process; and maintaining all of the agency’s digital/internet accounts with grantors.2. Oversees grant workflow processes related to data entry to ensure adequate internal controls and oversees quality control of data to ensure accurate and efficient reporting of grants data.3. Develops, writes and implements all agency grants management policies and procedures.4. Responds to grant data requests and inquiries from internal and external audiences, including preparation of data analysis and generation of reports.5. Ensures updated budgets are used in the grant writing process.6. Participates in various internal/external agency meetings needed to oversee grant-making process.7. Assists in the preparation of docket materials for board meetings.
