Managing crews a. Mentors Foremen in operations, schedule, and job ownership, by Bi-weekly reviewing %-complete of job schedule items Operational planning to meet six-week look-ahead schedule goals. Effectively allocating resources between foremen (or crews if no foreman) to meet schedule goals. iv) Collaborating with foremen to develop high-performing crew combinations. 3. Liaising with Project Managers a. Reviews contract requirements and drawings to i) Confirm PM’s procurement schedule leads to timely delivery of correct materials. ii) Ensure construction methods suit specifications & commitments. b.
