That’s my role as one of the co-founders of Grapevine. As Scrum Master, I make sure that the team follows the principles and practices of Scrum, an agile framework for software development. Part facilitator, part coach, part motivational speaker, my job is to foster a productive and efficient development process. Here at Grapevine we’re not just looking to change the healthcare supply chain — we want to revolutionize it. And that requires a robust software development ecosystem and comprehensive in-house tools. Our strong software background allows us to offer a fully end-to-end service, cutting costs and improving velocity across the length and breadth of the healthcare supply chain. We all wear many hats at Grapevine, so recently I’ve been donning my “account manager” cap and getting stuck in with our expansion efforts.
