  Designed Tooling and Fixtures for various customers to enhance their manufacturing processes. Performed integration of the fixtures machine tools and programs to ensure efficient/reliable production of parts. Worked with customers to choose the best and most cost effective tooling and processes. Also performed training so customers could fully use the capabilities of new CNC machine tool equipment. Assisted in all areas of the process from installation, tooling up, CNC programming and 1st article runs. With some assistance in post process inspection. The work was every thing from 1 time training sessions, to repeat customers for turn key solutions of CNC program, fixtures, tooling and 1st article runs. Also involved a multi year contract to setup and train on an 8 machine cell, that ran round the clock 7days a week. And averaged over 22hrs/day of spindle up time per machine.
