Greg was my first manager in my field of work. They say your first boss has a massive influence on your career. I owe much of my success to the great leadership and mentoring I received from Greg. The company we worked for had many challenges and projects ongoing to complete the startup of a biodiesel facility. Greg was able to inspire and manage engineers, supervisors and operations staff to pull through the tough challenges and see a project through. Through his leadership, the plant managed to become a registered refinery and achieve a commercial grade biodiesel ready for market. Greg taught me persistence and dedication . Two values which have aided my rapid climb in my career. I don’t think I could have made it to Plant Manager in 6 years without the mentorship and lessons learned from Greg! Anyone would be lucky to work with and for Greg.
