  -Systems Analyst and Operations Committee representative for the Learning Management Cloud, a collaborative venture between the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), Norquest College and the University of Alberta aimed at providing a robust highly-available and cost-effective platform for their Moodle Learning Management Systems, in support of the core academic missions of each member institution. Responsible for coordinating efforts between teams, providing operational support and systems automation development. The LMC is run with dev-ops principles, using dedicated OpenStack private clouds, Chef server automation and custom management tools.-Served as technical lead for successfully migrating the Learning Management Cloud from Cybera's care to IST's Server and Application Hosting unit.-Past projects include development of shared database hosting environments, modernizations of legacy applications, and the cloud migration of the School of Business' Blackboard Learning Management System.-Served as technical liaison between IST's Application Hosting and Application Development teams.
