      Prepare receiving department for the start of day. Place all Safety equipment in place, including Tire Chocks and Safety Chains. Ensure tow motor checklist is complete and put way any shipments from the day before. Check product against the Bill of Lading and packing slip and ensure it belongs to IOB before unloading any items. Ensures the trucking companies are following the IOB docking processes and ensuring Safety First on the Dock. Count and compare product received with products on the packing slip and make note of any discrepancies on the packing slip. If any damages are noticed, contact QA personnel and note damage on the packing slip and Bill of Lading. If product has damage and or the counts are incorrect make notation of each occurrence on the packing slip and Bill of Lading. Contact your immediate supervisor. Pull products for the Department’s production by pulling product to produce the full amount indicated on the Work Order Pick List. Portions of a box may need to be counted or weighed to reach the designated amounts needed to produce. Bin transfer all product that is moving from one location to another. Loading and unloading trucks; assembling, processing and staging orders for shipment. Storing finish goods in designated areas and completing bin transfers. Ensuring proper count of shipped goods by verifying pick ticket to quantity picked. Stage Work Order Pick List for the next day and stay a day ahead of production needs by pulling all orders on the days they are placed in the box. Label all products with box labels and a skid placard before putting products in their bin and place in the proper warehouse location. Check the location in Sage Mas 500 before making any labels for the product. Assist with closing down the department, locking dock doors, clearing the areas from clutter and set up the area for the next day. If time continue to label and put away stock daily as it arrives.
