Building facilities such as electricity, lightning protection systems, plumbing, air conditioning, compressed air, vacuum, DI water, nitrogen, lift or cargo platform, the plant Sewage treatment and other installation, debugging, maintenance; 4. The production line installation, adjustment, monitoring and ensuring the production environment in good condition; 5. Cooperation with other dept on factory & EHS management; Key achievement: 1. I was appointed to acted as site supervisor to manage & control new building 11 construction, the building is 66000sqm, and it was also certified by Zhuhai government constructional board as the model construction project in Zhuhai City; 2. I was appointed as team leader to manager the new building project – Central cafeteria, the building is 12000sqm, and it’s good help to solve the staff’s dining issues; and same time I was in charged of the new project of centre of waste-treatment; 3. I was assigned to work as project manager to plan & manager the new building – B18 Central Warehouse, the building is 18000sqm and have 3 floors; 4. I was appointed as project manager to plan and manage our new building – B15 construction, the largest building (102000 sqm) in Flextronics Doumen Campus and it’s also the largest singer concrete building in Zhuhai City; 5. B15 Facility Dept Management: good skill and ability on facilities equipments maintenance & manpower management & goal management & production support, to ensure the B15 production running in smoothly condition, and do more lean & kaizen to take more energy and cost saving; 6. After the department of continuous improvement and good implementation on energy saving project, we achieved the best prize of 2011 year China energy saving project; Show less
