Graz is highly knowledgeable and passionate about all things coffee. When I started working with Graz I didn't even like coffee but after Graz convinced me to try it the way he makes it, I realised that I just didn't like bad coffee - I have now been well and truly converted. Graz's enthusiasm is infectious and his approachable nature meant that I learned a lot of useful and interesting things about coffee. I now really appreciate the high level of skill, science and art involved in coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graz and hope that I get the chance to work with him again in the future.
