My managers look to me for input on brand visuals. This means that I assist in the creative process of making our store appealing and fresh. I am also very customer oriented. I specialize in personal shopping assistance with customers, helping them find exactly what they're looking for - even when they're not even sure what they're looking for.

Kivu is a summer adventure camp, where kids in middle school and high school can come for two weeks and experience all the fun, outdoor activities Colorado offers. One of those activities is water sports at a nearby lake. Kivu has two ski boats and three Wave Runners. It was my responsibility to make sure that the 20-30 kids at the dock were always safe and having fun. I also had to coordinate with counselors who drove boats, making sure they were being responsible. Each day, it was my job to go to the dock early and make sure all our "toys" were running smoothly and take care of any maintenance on our dock.

I started out at Verge Pipe as an intern responsible for blogging and lending my creativity to various projects for our digital agency. I guess Don, the CEO, saw some potential in me because after I had paid my dues as an intern, he offered to start paying me a little if I could stay on and expand on my role, here. Every day at the office is a little different; I never know what to expect. One day I might be directing/starring in a video, conducting interviews for client work, or creating content for our site.

As a counselor at Crier Creek, one of Pine Cove's family camps, each week I was either in charge of a cabin of 6-8 boys or I was working behind the scenes in the kitchen. Pine Cove values staff members who are service-oriented, doing our best to meet every need of the campers - adult and kids, alike.
