I highly recommend Brian to any individual or business looking for a professional photographer. Brian provided clear and precise instructions before the appointment which not only put me at ease personally, but made things run smoothly and efficiently! Plus the end product was better than anticipated and I was VERY happy with the professional head shot!

I would like to recommend Brian for any and all photography needs you may have He is the utmost professional with everything he does. I have worked with Brian for over 20 years and he is my first call when needing a photographer. I recently noticed a photo from 15 years ago was flawed, not only did Brian respond immediately, but he fixed the photo and sent back to me with in a week. YOU ARE THE BEST OUT THERE. Thank you Terriann

Robert Morelli, CFA

Brian did a great job getting my professional photos done. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. Efficiency was also something that I appreciated as I was in and out with a great final product.

Specializing in Headshots in Portland OR & Lake Oswego as well as lifestyle marketing Images. If you do your homework, you'll see that Studio B was only named in August of 2019, but it's a rebrand/brand-combining of my two businesses - Prints Charming Photography (est 8/1/96) & Photo Media (est 2016). Prints Charming was clever/catchy 20+ years ago, but just a tad too cute for the level of clients I now serve. When I hung the proverbial shingle in '96, it was with the intent to lean toward business services. Steeped in retail management and merchandising for 20 years, it seemed the perfect fit. After 20 years as "Prints Charming", I now get to pour that pent up creativity into helping other businesses to grow THEIR bottom line with award-worthy, photographic marketing images, so the name just had to go... (guaging by the caliber of new clients on my calendar #brandingmatters) To those of you that have frequented me through this third/likely-final name (i.e. Portland Rose Festival Foundation, Principal Financial, Buckley Law and many more) THANK YOU for knowing/trusting that I wasn't selling the biz... STILL ME, thus the B. : ^) Show less

Official Headshot Photographer to the 15+ city-wide school princess candidates for queen. 20 courts = 300 princesses and 21 queens (including Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan in 2005) In 1999 I was selected to create a unified look for the Princesses and Queen. In 2015, the Portland Rose Festival Foundation, in gratitude for my 15+ years of service, submitted my name to Portland's Royal Rosarians to consider for honorary Knighthood. On June 5th 2015, I was knighted by the 100th Rose Festival Queen Emma Waibel. (who happened to be my PT studio manager at the time of her Knighting me - making for an even more iconic photo for both of us) Show less

Professional portrait, wedding and headshots. Images for Work & Life. Headshots, Composites, HS Seniors, Weddings, Family & Babies. The first, of what became many, studios by this name - Oregon was the first. In February 2016, the commercial brand Photo Media Productions was added to separate from personal services. In August of 2019, both brands were reunited under the existing studio name of Studio B Photography. (for simplicity - the reputation of both prior names may be searched to find the same happy client comments) You Have a Story, That We LOVE to Tell!.. clerical - managerial. Prior to the existence of the department-wide Store Director position, I saw benefit for such diversity and entered management in several departments. Discovering my transferable skills and entrepreneurial tendencies, it led me to the path of self employment. As manager of the Sixth and Alder location in the early 90's, I made my mark by thinking outside of the box, and altering my departments' mix to accommodate the downtown shopper. Beginning with a small Nutrition Center, my responsibility became 65% of the store mix, as I applied the same organizational tools to reduce inventory, expand on fast-selling items, and to extend our sales reach outside of the store walls. Making personal calls and deliveries to area hotels and restaurants, we were able to provide a larger volume than our shelves could stock, especially by catering to the downtown lunch crowd and summer tourism. It inspired me to create Prints Charming... Show less

Seeking mentorship from a professional in Pendleton Oregon, led me to Louis M. Ver Baere, formerly of Chicago. In our second year, he offered me his entire studio, for merely a signature of trust that I would keep his legacy alive. I declined the offer soley because I could not remain in Pendleton, and in July of 1986 moved to Portland to start from scratch. I created managerial and sales tracking modules to compare his greatest year prior to my involvement. Through active networking and community involvement, a tripling of sales occurred, giving evidence of my effective marketing skills. Before passing in 1993, Lou gifted me the camera's that eventually paved the path to Prints Charming Photography in Portland Oregon. His inspiration to continue learning until the day he died, has given legs to my own desire to never stop growing in an industry that is filled with "satisfactory" work. I strive to be "One of the greats" that he continually admired in our industry! Show less
