Grant provided my team (Microsoft Corporate HR TLI) with a process mapping service over the course of 18 mos. For 70 countries, Grant and his team identified functions, stakeholders, systems/tools related to the end to end process of External Staff engagement. Grant delivered on the project milestones on time and within budget for HR. Efficiencies were applied from prior project experiences to the project approach for each subsequent region in order to drive costs out of each additional project. I am most appreciative of Grant's abilities to work with all levels of leadership in region, lead hundreds of interviews, and provide regional insights and process gaps soft that lays the groundwork for change in the fiscal years to come.

While working with Grant on several projects he demonstrated superior leadership and collaboration skills resulting in timely, high quality deliverables. Grant is very detail oriented and keeps teams on task and schedule. I highly recommend Grant as an effective leader and strategic team player.
