  Reporting to the business General Manager - Environment, Health and Safety, my current role continued my responsibility for to the implementation and effective business use of all health and safety related systems. Throughout my time in the business, I have continued to expand my involvement and influence into other business areas, as such the People Systems (HR). Commencing in March 2023, I commenced leading a project to deploy ActionHRM (HRIS) for the business (which is ongoing). I am currently leading a working group to improve controls and related business processes in relation to the increasing industry risks relating to Cyber Security. Some of the key H&S applications in my portfolio include: • INX Suite of applications - InControl, InTuition, InFlight and +LMS/Moodle); • ChemAlert; • Subscription Services, such as SAI Global; • Oversight of and ensuring correct business use of Regulator systems (such as DMIRS SRS System); In addition, the role also involved management and business oversight of our Corporate Document Management System (DCMS) and coordination of changes to corporate Health and Safety documents as identified during scheduled reviews of following business feedback. I am also responsible for the team of people who development new, as well as maintain our existing suite of online Training, Competency and Development (E-Learn) packages, housed within the business LMS. Completed Strategic Project Completed included the deployment of SharePoint Document Library for all key business documents, as well as involvement in development of site pages. The main business objective I am focusing on is the development and launch of our Business Intelligence (Power BI) suite of data visualisations for business consumption and improved decision making.
