Worked closely with Grant in the Remedy team for over 6 months who was seconded from another trust to learn about development in the Civica Paris EPR system. Found him to be extremely easy to work with and very capable in the following areas: • Keen and quick to learn especially in relation to coding standards and latest Civica recommended methodologies. • Likes being busy and is always eager to take on extra work. • Works very well on own, in groups and under instruction. • Meticulous attention to detail which is vital when writing computer code. • Not afraid to ask for assistance when problem solving. • Good all round communication skills. Would be very happy to work with Grant on future projects and would wholeheartedly recommend then for work on especially Electronic Patient Recording systems or any software development.

For this position in SEPT, my role was to analysis and dissect large quantities of information and manipulate this information to produce reports, which I then used to solve problems and rectify errors. I also managed an advanced project plan in Excel, which I used to keep track of the workload for the Mobius Team. This allowed me to delegate an exact amount of work to staff members, insuring all members have a sufficient workload but are not overworked. This meant that all projects were completed on time, and all deadlines were met and accurate. My other tasks included creating complex eForms to be used on an electronic patient records system using a range of tools and programs, including JavaScript, SQL, Excel, ActiveDirectory, LiveCycle, Workbench, and LaserFiche.
