I am passionate about all aspects of family law including issues surrounding children but specialise in the financial aspect of divorce and have considerable experience of advising and representing medium to high net worth clients. I have represented high profile clients and have successfully dealt with cases involving millionaire lottery wins, inherited wealth, complex business interests, accountants, education professionals and medical practitioners including dentists, GP’s and consultants. My case load is generally made up of matters involving complex financial issues. I works closely with pension experts, forensic accountants, surveyors and other experts where required and have strong links with a number of outside agencies both local and national. I am an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel. Whilst I have had considerable experience in court advocacy at all levels I am a Resolution accredited Collaborative Lawyer committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
