I was responsible for all the regional marketing and creative direction for a $1.5 billion business - and ran marketing campaigns that saw a 30% growth in profits during my tenure • Successfully re-launched the new Cable & Wireless Masterbrand – including writing and producing brand strategy, brand implementation, brand training, brand guidelines and through the line launch campaign • Repositioned C&W as an effective challenger in the mobile phone sector (mkt share increase 15% - 29%). • Repositioned C&W ‘on-line’ in a new highly competitive sector (connections increased to 150,000) • Developed and produced numerous through the line communications programmes- including over 100 T.V. commercials; DM; PR; sponsorship and experiential marketing, 20 fully integrated campaigns, and numerous product launches. • Orchestrated and ran the largest sponsorship programme in the Caribbean (including 2007 Cricket World Cup; a host of high profile artists and sports stars, and a number of major events) • Ran two marketing departments’simultaneously – (70 reportees; annual budget of $30m+)
