He is currently co-leading several master planning, mixed-use, residential, and hotel projects in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore including a two-million square-foot residential development in Xiamen, China; and concurrently, comparably-sized, mixed-use developments in Shanghai, Wuhan, Dalian and Changzhou; and private residences in Hong Kong. In addition to many private residences across the US and in Canada, Grant has been recognized for the design of the International Quilt Study Center and Museum at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln; federal courthouses in Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio and Our Lady of Mercy Chapel at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
