I don't think a day goes by without Grainne engaging me and making me look at the HR in a new light, Have spent 20 years in the industry you start recall more then think forward. Grainne has a great habit of asking questions that make you think of what do we need to future proof ourselves. She always gets there before me, many times i go to action something and its done, so that's Grainne working the processes and getting things moving. I talk a lot of the term "Trust" in the Leadership training and i can honestly say i 100% trust in Grainne and her abilities. She supports Sarah, one of our HR colleagues, as well as the Training team and she has become invaluable to the Telecoms team in their growth. Grainne never gets flustered and is calmness personified. Keep up the great work Grainine and look forward to working together for many years to come.
