I supported the development and execution of the external communications strategy to drive brand awareness across APAC and EMEA (12 PR agencies across 15 markets in 9 languages).Activities ranged from generating and managing international reporting programmes and processes, providing analysis, identifying improvements and making recommendations for global processes, brand awareness, writing content for the Verizon news centre, managing the news feed monitoring service, scheduling media interviews, managing projects for the Verizon Foundation, tracking budgets to planning and executing media events.Key achievements include: ☛Project managed the delivery of a new extranet site (central PR hub for internal and external clients) to replace the legacy system. Sourced and briefed the internal IT team, gathered technical scopes and costings, selected optimum SharePoint solution, wrote and gained approval for my business case, negotiated reduction in price in project cost, advised on design/access and led roll out, training and maintenance. ☛Led the international media evaluation programme: ►Developed and managed the evaluation programme, working closely with our vendor to refine methodologies to ensure measurable and accurate reporting. This partnership led to: >Corporate & Financial Awards: Silver in the Media Evaluation Category (2014) >AMEC Award: International Grand Prix & Gold in the Best Use of Business-to-Business Communication Management (2013) ►Managed the PR agency network for input into new reporting processes I generated to feed into the programme. ►Analysed data to; identify new areas of focus and trends; to advise and make recommendations to feed into communications programme planning (locally and globally); to inform agency review processes and to form PR agencies annual KPIs and to write reports for the senior leadership team.
