I have been extremely fortunate to work under Mr. Hale's leadership for the last seven years. Since its early inception, he has helped to grow Sportsman Channel into one of the fastest-growing cable TV networks. Graig motivates and encourages his team to work smarter and more creatively on a daily basis. While running a sales department in a difficult economy, Graig was able to consistently grow and exceed revenue budgets for the network. Employee turnover has been very low under his direction, which is a testament to his intelligence, fairness, and friendship over the years. Graig makes time for his employees and focuses on developing and training future leaders within the organization. He has been instrumental in running operations and communicating across departments, including: advertising sales, traffic, programming, finance, and marketing. Graig is an incredible resource for cable television and outdoor media knowledge and is great advocate for participating in hunting, fishing, and shooting sports.
