I had the absolute pleasure of working with Graham and Patrick this past May on a Cross-Cultural Communication training program for our Yamaha Marine Innovation Team. The purpose of this training was to gain a better understanding of US and Japanese cultural backgrounds while promoting more effective communication overall.
