How can I help? Service charge accounts specialist working with Block Managing Agents Nationwide. I want to save you time and money with our specific tailored approach. We pride ourselves on fast turn around times and compliance within the Block Management Industry. I was highly commended at The NOTB National Property Awards 2013 and I work with some of the leading and best managing agents in the UK. Why I am a Service Charge Accountant? Having spent ten years working for two ARMA members I grew tired of constant battles with external accountants who were unsure about legislation of service charge accounts. I also had to chase and chase as a fairly simple set of accounts would be passed from Partner to Manager to Junior back from Junior to Manager to Partner with any potential adjustment. I wanted to change this and felt I could use my experience to help other Managing Agents and do so much better! Can I help you?
