I've hugely admired the career he's built for himself, the challenges he's taken on, the great success he's had and the reputation he's built with the people who have worked for him and done business with him. I worked with Graham for over 6 years at FirstAssist/Cigna and in that time we went through a number of changes including a complete rebrand addressing all aspects of marketing from redeveloping Brand Architecture and guidelines, PR, Events, Campaigns, Literature, & Digital, Web and Social Media presence. We also focussed on Customer Centricity in our partner communications, and adhered carefully to the principles of Teaching Customers Fairly when providing sales support and developing new propositions.
