As the Guardian Labs Head of Studio Graham’s innovative digital-first thinking, and canny commercial nous was instrumental to the success of the department. He’s approachable, quick-thinking and truly focused on storytelling that demands reader attention. I thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with Graham and I appreciate him for teaching me how creativity and and effectiveness can co-exist. He’s a pleasure to work with.

Graham has a rare mix of creative genius and the ability to actually get things done. Whenever someone at Guardian Labs had an idea they weren't sure they would able to execute, Graham would be their go-to guy. Not only would he have the digital knowledge to connect the dots, he'd make ideas better and deal with pressurised situations with ease. No matter how much Graham has on, he always has time for people. That, coupled with his brilliant brain, makes him a real pleasure to work with.

Nemorin Film & Video is a full service video production agency, now part of the Argonon group. nemorin is the UK’s branded video experts and on a mission to create content which is loved by audiences across the globe. Clients span agencies, publishers and brands. My primary responsibility was to create memorable video content that audiences will want to share and that achieves the agency's commercial partners' objectives. I oversaw all content created by the studio from both a narrative and strategic point of view, ensuring the team took an editorial approach to branded video campaigns. I was tasked with injecting fresh ideas into pitches as well as the final films, ensuring the end product pushed creative boundaries. Once a project was sold, I supervised the film’s story arc all the way through to completion and also advised clients on distribution or partnership options for maximum audience exposure. I worked closely with the founder to help deliver key commercial objectives for the business and ran the team on a day-to-day business. Show less

I fulfilled a four-month contract at Condé Nast, working as the lead creative strategist in the branded content team. I was responsible for coming up with innovative, digital-first commercial content ideas across the Condé Nast portfolio, including Vogue, GQ, Wired and Glamour. I participated in brainstorms, helped create decks, and attended pitch meetings with agencies and clients. Social was a key element of our proposals (especially Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). Video was also a major focus: Condé Nast was named Best Video Publisher for Brands at the 2017 Digiday Awards. Show less
