My role of Business Development and Client Services Manager at Bunnell Idea Group involved a wide variety of responsibilities. As a smaller firm, all of our team members were heavily involved in different aspects of the daily operations. I worked as an account manager for many of our clients to ensure that we successfully fulfilled all of our statements of work. I worked with vendors to reserve event space and plan catering and receptions. I directly communicated with training participants to share logistics information as well as pre-work for training events.
