  My role is to motivate and create a high standard of safety for the Statoil project. This includes doing JHA and work permits, time and motion exercises, shift rotations for 3 departments, reporting to the superintendent, keep control of the stock for the paint marker, and being involved with manufacturing decisions and managing of changes. All so part of the logistics for load out over looking the safe delivery of pipes to the supply boat and traffic management whilst keeping the production running
